Chakema Clinton-Quintana is vice president on the inclusive small business team at Live Oak Bank, where she leads the inclusive small business center based in Wilmington where Live Oak Bank is headquartered. She focuses on strengthening and supporting inclusive small business growth through coaching, collaboration and capital.

Chakema has 19 years of banking experience and has a degree in business management from Strayer University in Herndon, VA. In addition, she currently serves on the board of directors for three non-profit organizations, including Voyage Wilmington, Red, Black, and Love, Inc., and The OOPS Foundation.

Jamar is an associate on the inclusive small business team and supports Live Oak Bank’s inclusive small business center based in Wilmington that provides coaching, collaboration, and capital to underserved entrepreneurs in the Southeastern North Carolina where Live Oak Bank is headquartered. He has 9 years of banking experience working for top regional and national financial institutions and as a native of Wilmington, is a community leader in local religious and non-profit organizations. He serves on the board of directors for NC Project Lead and volunteers for the OOPS Foundation teaching financial management to low-income communities.
